Cross-Connection Control Institute (CCCI) and Hardin & Associates Consulting (HAC) are Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) approved training providers. We specialize in backflow prevention training and licensing for water utility workers, plumbers, and inspectors throughout the state of Texas.
Our Experience
Our training staff have over 50 years of combined experience in the backflow prevention industry. We provide personalized, on-site training using the latest state-of-the-art equipment, ensuring that every student receives hands-on, practical instruction that prepares them for real-world applications.
Our Courses
We offer TCEQ-approved courses for the Backflow Prevention Assembly Tester (BPAT) license, Customer Service Inspector (CSI) certification, and a full range of continuing education classes to help professionals maintain their licenses. We also provide training for American Backflow Prevention Association (ABPA) Certification, which is recognized in many states across the country.

With decades of experience in the backflow prevention industry, Steve has trained hundreds of water professionals across Texas and is recognized as a leading authority in cross-connection control and backflow prevention education.
